I'm moving back to Norway
Mostly because..I got an amazing job over there as a games concept artist!!!
Something I am thrilled about but also ..still finding it hard to believe. I've wanted to do a job like this for a pretty damn long time, and now it's actually going to happen I'm a bit freaked out..
But Im also very very happy and relieved
this solves alot of problems! I will finally get to live with my fiance, which is awesome- the long distance thing has really been driving us both insane and has hit us pretty hard in the pocket- international phone calls/plane/train fares..all pretty expensive stuff! But not for much longer
It's going to be so weird living in Oslo again. Hopefully it will be better now my fiance and I both have decent jobs this time, Im just a bit nervous about it all. It's a big deal! I'm pretty sure I've forgotten loads of Norwegian and I'll have to try and re-learn it all. I'll never be able to pronounce it properly..33..lol. But hey, the spoken language at my new company is English, and there'll be loads of foreigners like me there. So it won't be so bad
No more smelly London, no more rush hour on the tubes, no more lonliness! Wooo!
And I get to draw cool stuff!!

Here's the basic rules (although it's all very laid back).
The sketch must be based on the theme for the week (check mine or `touchedvenus's journal for the latest theme- suggestions for new themes welcome).
Sunday is the deadline. You must upload your sketch to your journal by Sunday each week.
Your sketch can be as rough or as finished as you like, so long as it is just a sketch.
Add a 'Sketch of the Week' section to your journal and upload your sketches there (either as a thumbnail from your scraps/gallery, or an image from an imagehosting site like Photobucket- alternatively, a link to your sketch for non-subscribers).
List the other deviants taking part in sketch of the week, and their submitted sketches- lets see if we can get a network going..
Finally, please let me know if you're taking part in Sketch of the Week so I can list/feature you here!______________________
I'm thinking sketches made from life are best, something you jot down on the train/bus, while out on a walk..whatever. It's entirely up to you
This is all just for fun and not a competition! Perhaps when there's enough participants we can do a contest of some sort- or simply feature the best sketch (as voted by others)? We'll see
